この度、弊社が使用する予約管理システム「手間いらず」において、
お客様の個人情報が外部に漏洩した可能性があることが判明いたしました。
多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

現時点で確認されている範囲では、以下の条件すべてに該当する予約の一部について、予約者様に不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認しております。

・予約日：2026年9月21日までに成立した予約
・宿泊日：2026年9月21日以降の宿泊日の予約

お客様におかれましては、弊社や宿泊施設を名乗る不審な連絡（メールやSMS等）を受信された際、
次の点に十分ご注意いただくようお願いいたします。

【ご注意いただきたい事項】

・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・不審なメッセージに返信しない
・メッセージの指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
・予約内容を確認する場合は、予約された宿泊施設または宿泊予約サイトの公式窓口へ問い合わせる

万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。
なお、本事象の原因となったシステムではクレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、保有しておりません。

Important Notice: Possible Exposure of Guest Information and Suspicious Messages

Dear Guest,

Thank you for choosing SPICE MOTEL OKINAWA.

We are writing to inform you that unauthorized access to Temairazu, a reservation management system used by our property, has been confirmed. As a result, personal information associated with some guest reservations may have been exposed to an unauthorized third party. We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this may cause.

Based on the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests whose reservations meet both of the following conditions:

The reservation was made on or before September 21, 2026.
The stay is scheduled for September 21, 2026, or later.

If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from our property or a booking platform, whether by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another channel, please take the following precautions:

Do not open any links in the message.
Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
Do not reply to the message.
Do not make any payment or transfer money as instructed in the message.
To verify your reservation, contact our property directly using the contact details on our official website, or contact the booking platform through its official support channel.

If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly. The Temairazu system involved in this incident does not process or store credit card information.
